Custom Health Pharmacy® will provide unique pharmacy services to the Manitowoc, Two Rivers and surrounding areas. Services offered include but not limited to compounded prescriptions, bio-identical hormone services, skin care services, nutritional counseling. We will look at the whole person and offer solutions to the patients’ health concerns.
