Once a prescription is received, our pharmacy team promptly enters and reviews it for accuracy and completeness. If needed, we collaborate directly with the prescriber to clarify details and ensure the formulation is appropriate for the patient.
The patient is contacted via secure text to confirm therapy details, pick up or shipment preference, and payment. This step ensures alignment between patient, prescriber, and pharmacy before compounding begins.
Upon confirmation, the prescription moves into our compounding lab where it is prepared according to USP standards. Our team prioritizes both precision and turnaround time, typically completing prescriptions within 24–48 hours.
Each prescription undergoes a final pharmacist verification for quality and accuracy. Patients are then notified for pickup or shipment, ensuring a seamless handoff and continuity of care.
